How To Float
After showering, you will climb into the pod and immediately notice the unique buoyancy of the Epsom salt/water solution. Lay on your back, finding a comfortable position. Then simply relax.
Before & After You Float
To ensure a comfortable and uninterrupted float session, we recommend refraining from shaving or waxing on the day of your appointment. This is because our mineral solution may cause irritation to your skin. We also suggest having only a light meal before your session.
